The way of a horse's going is the truth of him.

Nafa’a to *Serenity Bint Nadia (imported to North America by Hansi Heck-Melnyk), to Cedardell Tiffany and Serenity Kamila; the two lines of Kuhaylan n.s. straight Egyptian Arabian strain.  The Nafa'a line has been verified through mitocondrial DNA to be completely unique and contains pure blood of Saudi origins -- one of the original Nejd Arabian horses.  Nafa'a left progeny that still survives, but only through a very few mares.  My personal commitment is to the conservation of the last of these very good representatives of a very rare bloodline.  All of the Blue Pyramid mares are Asil, straight Egyptian, and Al Khamsa.  Blue Pyramid bloodstock contains a strong complement of both conformation and performance genes, both equally important. Unless stated otherwise, the pictures were taken by me and I let my horses just be horses so they are as you see without cosmetics or retouch.

San Baazinah (El Halimaar x Bint Kameesha) #0466489      05/12/90      Kuhaylan n.s.

Baazinah was bred to JF Amir Ibn Kameerah and ultrasound revealed that she has a beautiful embryo developing.  Baaz goes to Nafa'a through Serenity Kamila and her foal will be triple SK.  The infusion of more tail female blood will reveal clearer picture of the mare, the motivation behind the Nafa'a program.

Dahloura (Makour x Dahleeah) #474314        05/25/90     Kuhaylan n.s.

Dahloura was bred to run, but while en route to Florida for training, a trailer accident  ended her race career before it started.  Her shoulder was injured in the accident but she recovered sound and sold to a gentleman in Georgia where she eventually met Shahdal with whom she produced two exquisite colts and the filly Shahloura. It was the discovery of Shaloura that led me to Dahloura and the founding of the Cedardell Tiffany side of the Nafa'a Preservation program.

HOME! Home at last!  After years of searching for her and trying to buy her, Badella is finally home and in the Nafa'a Preservation program where she belongs.  She is being bred to El Norus in 2011 for a double Cedardell Tiffany cross as should always have been.

Bounce was Kammy's last foal and is an exceptional tribute to a great mare.  Bounce has a laid-back personality and is an easy keeper so she appears to be a "pasture potato" until she starts to run, which she loves to do.  She has inherited her daddy's speed and loves the feel of the wind in her face.

Bounce will be bred to JF Amir Ibn Kameerah spring of 2010 for a triple SK foal.
